Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Review – A Complete Muscle Gain System
The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer program is a new program by Kyle Leon that claims it will revolutionize muscle building forever. The main principle behind the program is software that creates a customized nutrition plan for you, along with an excellent workout program. Additionally the program focuses on lean gains instead of the traditional bulking methods that bodybuilders do. Traditional bulking involves eating a lot of unhealthy food to gain fat and muscle. You get bigger using that method but it also makes you fatter and chubbier. This program claims that you can build lean muscle quickly with Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer formulas.
Kyle Leon is a nutritionist, fitness expert, and fitness model all at the same time. He is also behind the excellent Customized Fat Loss program. Needless to say I was quite excited when I heard about Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer because of Kyle’s expertise. Does this program do what it promises? Read on to find out.
What are the Principles of Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer?
This program will take your age, height, weight, and other body metrics and come up with a customized nutrition plan. This nutrition plan will contain all the calories and macro-nutrients you need to pack on lean muscle gain quickly. Additionally the software contains information on what foods you need to eat and when exactly to eat them. The software categorizes your body type into 1 of 6 body types (mesomorph, endomorph, ectomorph, endo-mesomorph, ecto-mesomorph, and endo-ectomorph). The latter three body types are combinations of the first three body types. The program will calculate your nutrition and workout plan according to your body type and size.
The program also goes over the many nutrition myths that the bodybuilding industry perpetuates. Kyle Leon debunks the idea that you have to take a million supplements to stay fit. Expensive supplements are often snake oil and don’t accomplish what they promise. He goes over the foods that you should be eating, and they are surprisingly cheap. Fish oil, nuts, poultry, eggs, berries, olive oil, salmon, broccoli, flax seeds, tomatoes and many other foods are recommended in this product. All of these are great foods that have been scientifically proven to be healthy for you over and over again.
Very Quick Muscle Recovery
The program includes a section on what you should eat after workout days for quick muscle recovery. There is a specific formula which the software uses to give you the foods you should eat the day after for the quickest and most effective recovery. The principles of what you eat are based on calorie and nutrient shifting techniques. This is to ensure that your muscle growth is maximized while post-workout soreness is minimized. You won’t be feeling sore for days after.
An Effective Workout Plan
Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer focuses on a workout plan that is customized for the user. The workouts focus on gaining lean muscle gains as fast as possible. The major exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench press are well represented, as well as many other isolation and compound exercises. The program gives varying ranges of exercise sets, from 4-8 to build strength, to 8-12 to build muscles. For some exercises he even recommends that you do 12-25 reps. You will be given an exact training regimen based on the information you put in so you know exactly how many sets and reps to do on what day. There is a mixture of machines and free weight exercises. As you can guess, you’ll either need a gym or a home gym to be able to do the Muscle Maximizer program.
Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer scam? Is there any truth to the rumours?
There are some people out there who claim that the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer program is a complete scam. They say that this program offers complicated formulas but no results. Their claims may look valid on the surface because of the complex terminology that the program uses. After all, it’s a classic trick. Sound smart to make it seem like you know what you are talking about.
However, if you actually investigate Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer, the diet plan, and the exercise routine it’s very easy to see that the program is based on actual scientific principles. For one, the diet is very healthy and will help you gain muscle. There’s a lot of protein in it which is very important for muscle growth, and there’s a low amount of unhealthy fats in the program. The exercise routine is also very solid. What makes the program unique is the customization for each body type. I believe the fundamentals of this program are very solid, and so is the customization software. I can say with confidence that Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer is not a scam in any way.
My Personal Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Review
I decided to play around with the customization software to see if it actually worked. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that the software did give different workout programs and nutrition plans for different body types. These workout programs and nutrition plans do make a lot of sense too. For example, I noticed that when I inputted an endomorph body type (chubby with lots of fat) that I got a diet with lower calorie allowances than with an ectomorph body type (a skinny body). I also got different exercise programs. The ectomorph exercise program was focused mainly on muscle building, while the endomorph exercise program focused both on fat loss and building up muscle. Needless to say I’m very impressed by this program because it delivers on its promises. The nutrition and workout plans are great, and are based on real science unlike many other fitness programs which are based on pseudo-science and unproven theories.
What’s my recommendation? Buy this product if you not 100 percent happy with how your body looks right now. The Muscle Maximizer costs 48 dollars which is a very low price for such a sophisticated program. Keep in mind that you need an internet connection to get this product. I’d give this product a solid 4 out of 5.
