This is a very flawed idea. Yes, you might lose weight with the diet but you’ll gain it back very quickly. This is because you’ll essentially be doing a crash diet instead of building healthy habits. People who lose weight and keep it off generally change their daily habits so they exercise more and eat healthier. If you think just losing 15 pounds in a month and then sitting back will result in a healthier body you’re wrong.
Also, the fact that there’s not an exercise program associated with this diet means that it’s prone to fail. Any good weight loss plan must involve healthy exercise. Sprints and weight training are very important as they help build muscle which increases your metabolism. That helps you lose your fat at a much faster rate.
The diet itself is mediocre. The diet is clearly not meant for someone who exercises intensely 3-4 times a week because there’s not enough protein. There are much better nutrition plans out there. This plan may help you lose temporary weight but it won’t help you keep it off in the long term.

A proper diet program would include exercise routines and a focus on implementing the diet throughout their life. I feel most people will use this diet, lose some weight, and then gain it back again.
