My Personal Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Review
I decided to play around with the customization software to see if it actually worked. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that the software did give different workout programs and nutrition plans for different body types. These workout programs and nutrition plans do make a lot of sense too. For example, I noticed that when I inputted an endomorph body type (chubby with lots of fat) that I got a diet with lower calorie allowances than with an ectomorph body type (a skinny body). I also got different exercise programs. The ectomorph exercise program was focused mainly on muscle building, while the endomorph exercise program focused both on fat loss and building up muscle. Needless to say I’m very impressed by this program because it delivers on its promises. The nutrition and workout plans are great, and are based on real science unlike many other fitness programs which are based on pseudo-science and unproven theories.
What’s my recommendation? Buy this product if you not 100 percent happy with how your body looks right now. The Muscle Maximizer costs 48 dollars which is a very low price for such a sophisticated program. Keep in mind that you need an internet connection to get this product. I’d give this product a solid 4 out of 5.
